Perwita Nusaraya Group excels in Human Resources Development, specializing in both domestic and overseas recruitment for maritime and land-based roles. We proudly own and operate a Maritime Training Center, a Construction Skill Training Center, a Maid and Caregiver Training Facility, and a Fisherman Training Facility, ensuring top-notch training and skill development. Established

Established in August 1994 to carry out activities of Human Resources Development in Indonesia.

2000

Manpower Recruiting

Approved by The Ministry of Manpower as an Indonesian Manpower Recruiting company for Overseas placement.

2014

Perwita Nusaraya expanded its operations beyond Indonesia.

The company entered the South Korean job market by placing Indonesian fishermen on coastal fishing boats.

2018

Perwita Nusaraya Group had established collaborations for the recruitment of seafarers &

Established PT. Perwita Maritim Pershada, a Maritime Training Center.

2019

Established PT. Hamerta Sinar Surya, a Construction Skill Training and Test Center.

Recognized by CIDB Malaysia for upgrading the competency of skilled workers.

2020

Received approval from the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia to conduct an Internship Program to Japan.

Program managed by LPK Perwita Nusaraya as a Legal Sending Organization.
